Reiki Level 1
The Foundation
Level 1 is an introduction to the foundations of Reiki and your personal connection to healing energy.
You will explore:
- The history and principles of Reiki
- Understanding universal life-force energy
- Energy awareness and sensitivity
- Self-Reiki practices
- Reiki hand positions
- Giving Reiki to others
- Creating a sacred and grounded healing space
- Reiki ethics and practitioner awareness
- Reiki attunement and initiation
Level 1 is about beginning with yourself.
Before we can hold space for others, we learn to become present with our own energy, emotions, and inner experience.
Reiki Level 2
Deepening Your Practice
Level 2 takes your Reiki practice deeper and introduces additional techniques for focused energy work.
You will explore:
- Reiki Level 2 symbols and their traditional uses
- Distance Reiki practices
- Sending Reiki across time and space
- Emotional and energetic healing techniques
- Strengthening your intuition and energetic awareness
- Working with intentions
- Creating a Reiki healing session
- Practitioner ethics and professional boundaries
- Expanding your confidence as a Reiki practitioner
Level 2 is an invitation to trust your connection more deeply.
Your next sacred milestone
Certification
Upon completion of the required training and practice, you will receive a Reiki certification for the level completed, according to the training requirements provided during the course.
